Awful experience. Ordered graduation flowers and a card for my friend and received no communication, no confirmation of delivery. The flowers were delivered late with no card, recipient had no idea who sent it. Awful, rude customer service when I called with my concerns. Claimed “system glitch” when I asked specific questions. Mistakes are ok, claiming they didn’t happen, gaslighting, and giving the runaround is bad business. Try someplace else.

My husband called the day before prom to order a corsage for our daughter. The process was smooth and the corsage turned out beautiful.

Kolam Floral came to our rescue today! I ordered a corsage and boutonniere for my son’s prom at the very last minute. Not only were they able to take my order, they were able to turn around the order in a very quick manner. In addition, they came out beautiful! I sent them a picture of the dress and they were able to match the color. The dress was red with sparkles and they were even able to get sparkles on the Rose! Highly recommend!
